SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 US states via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International Shipping We currently do not offer international shipping. Domestic US orders only.
Damaged or Lost Packages Hardship Supply is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hardshipservice@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Military Surplus & Vintage Items All military surplus and vintage items are sold as-is and in used condition unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Condition is described in each listing — please review carefully before purchasing.
