Condition of goods (military surplus & reproductions)
All items sold through this store are offered as-is, where-is, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Our inventory consists primarily of military surplus goods, along with select reproduction items. Each product listing will indicate whether an item is original surplus or a reproduction to the best of our knowledge.
Surplus items are often used, aged, or previously issued, and may show signs of wear including, but not limited to:
- Fading, staining, or discoloration
- Fraying, repairs, or minor damage
- Variations in material, markings, or construction
Reproduction items, while typically unused, may still vary in finish, fit, or detail depending on manufacturing.
No two items are guaranteed to be identical, even within the same listing. Such character is inherent to these goods and shall not be considered a defect.
Sizing & fit
Sizing on surplus clothing is often based on military standards, foreign systems, or historical measurements, and may differ from modern commercial sizing.
We strongly encourage customers to review all measurements before purchasing. That said, we understand that sizing can be unpredictable.
If an item does not fit as expected, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges under our return policy below.
Shipping and handling
Orders are processed in the order received. Due to the nature of surplus operations, handling times may exceed those of standard retail operations.
We do our utmost to ship promptly, but delays may occur due to:
- Inventory sorting and inspection
- Order volume
- Carrier conditions outside our control
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with said carrier.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we stand behind what we sell. For that reason, we currently offer free returns on all orders.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, including sizing issues, you may request a return or exchange by contacting: HardshipService@gmail.com
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were received
- Return requests should be made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery
We will work with you in good faith to make things right, whether through a return, exchange, or refund.
Please note:
- Natural wear and variation in surplus items are expected and part of their character
- We will always aim to be fair and reasonable in handling all requests
This open and free return policy reflects our commitment to earning your trust as we continue to grow.

To the U.S.A. Commander of the encircled town of Bastogne.
The fortune of war is changing. This time the U.S.A. forces in and near Bastogne have been encircled by strong German armored units. More German armored units have crossed the river Our near Ortheuville, have taken Marche and reached St. Hubert by passing through Hompré-Sibret-Tillet.
Libramont is in German hands.
There is only one possibility to save the encircled U.S.A. troops from total annihilation: that is the honorable surrender of the encircled town.
In order to think it over a term of two hours will be granted beginning with the presentation of this note.
If this proposal should be rejected one German Artillery Corps and six heavy A.A. Battalions are ready to annihilate the U.S.A. troops in and around Bastogne.
The order for firing will be given immediately after this two-hour term.
All the serious civilian losses caused by this artillery fire would not correspond with the well-known American humanity.
